Terms & Conditions

Custom Orders & Approval

• All orders require full approval before production. We provide digital proofs for review, and it is the client’s responsibility to check all details, including colors, text, and design elements.

• Once approved, Elevate Wraps is not responsible for any errors or changes requested after production begins.

Payment & Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required before starting any custom order. The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup or installation.

• All payments are non-refundable once production begins.

Turnaround Time & Deadlines

Production times vary based on project complexity. We will provide an estimated completion date, but unexpected delays may occur.

• If you have a strict deadline, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your request. Rush orders may be subject to additional fees.

Installation & Care

• Proper installation is crucial for the longevity of your wrap or signage. If installation is not performed by Elevate Wraps, we are not responsible for improper application or damage caused by third-party installers.

• We recommend following proper maintenance guidelines to extend the lifespan of your wrap. Failure to follow care instructions may void any warranty.

 Liability

• Elevate Wraps is not liable for damages to vehicles, buildings, or surfaces due to pre-existing conditions, improper installation by third parties, or normal wear and tear.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any project that violates our ethical or professional standards.
