At Elevate Wraps, we are committed to delivering high-quality wraps, signage, and promotional products. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a project has been approved and production has begun. However, we strive for complete customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our work.
Modifications & Corrections
• If you notice any errors in your design before production, please notify us immediately to make necessary adjustments.
• Once a project is in production, changes may incur additional costs.
Defects & Warranty
• If your wrap or signage has a defect due to material or installation errors, we will review the issue and offer a reasonable resolution, which may include a reprint or reinstallation at our discretion.
• Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your completed project.
